Upgrade the call manager using dvd/remote file, close the browser once the checksum done,, re open another web session, pick the option do not reboot. Once the upgrade is done new version will be shown under switch version. Reboot the server.
Type utils switch version
It takes 30 minutes will loose connectivity
It will re start automatically and will be in new version.
If not, reboot the system and roll back to the previous version.
